Trip computer not working

Hi ive got an ex police t5 and the trip computer doesnt work ive been looking to see if a fuse was blown but have had no luck... does any one know if the police remove them or is it just busted as it doesnt even light up in the dash board..no error messege its just blank.

remove the clocks and check the cables going into them, also check the bulbs
