level and filler plug for the final drive is on the front left hand side of the case, should be the only plug around there.

There was a 'how to' somewhere on here (I think??)..described removing a diff bolt and drilling thru for a drain..
Anyone?
Was gonna do exactly that, but not THIS weekend..

"oil level plug is difficult to access on right hand drive cars"

The our volvos are better to work on as LHD, for instance to get the angle gear out without removing the engine, you have to undo the steering rack pipes (aswell as undo the driveshafts, etc) as they are routed right underneath the angle gear, whereas on the LHD they go nowhere near it LOL.

Take the turbo aswell, on LHD cars there's no bloody brake servo in the way!

Gonna get mine on the ramps tomorrow, just gonna do a routine check underneath to make sure there's no problems. Got a bit of oil on the driveway again.
