This may seem like a silly question but can anyone tell me which HT lead goes to which point on the Distributor cap?

Also when changing the Rotor arm does it need to be refitted so the face is at the same angle as the one being removed?

Thanks in advance for any help as haynes is extremely vauge!

Rotor arm can only go on one way as it has a key way. From memory the leads go on in firing order anticlock wise on cap, starting with 1 which is the furthest plug away connected to top left of cap if looking at cap straight on. Its easy to work out, order is 12453.

Top tip is to only disconnect 1 lead at a time - replace with the new one. That way you never get it wrong
