I suspect i may have a leaking recuirculating valve so can anyone tell me how hard this is to remove and re-fit properly and if there is a "how to" guide on the forums?
Many thanks

Saaamon.

its held in place by 3 10mm bolts. Bit of a pain to get to them but it is possible to remove them in place, the only other way would be to remove the turbo itself (much more work). Fiddly job.

Yeah a bit fiddly really, much easier with the turbo out but then thats a load more work :(

Try and get a long magnetic screwdriver or something similar jusy incase you drop the bolts.

I found it a lot easier when i took the airfilter box and hose out, it free'd up some space, small tip - A Ratchet spanner is your friend :B_thumb:

Good luck matey
