how do you clear the fault lights, do i have to clear codes/

Depends on the age of the car mate, is it pre 96 with the self diagnostic thingy ? or is it the OBDII port one ?

Remove the ecu over night and disconnect the battery for an hour before you put the ecu back in TIP make sure you have the radio code first :B_thumb:
I did with mine and it went out and has stayed out until now, fingers crossed ;)

I tried that first but it didnt work :(
Took the ecu out over night and the Light went out :B_thumb:
I know everybodys situation might be different but it helps to get a few options ;)

Connection on the MAF was loose :cool:
I reconnected it properly but the light still didnt go out so i done the above.
Lights been off since.
