I know this will excite Mrs Mopp.

I may be forced to sell the T5, purely because i can't afford to insure it anymore.

Since my crash they have pushed my insurance up from £580 to £2300. I ave tried to look round. Alas if i can't get it down it has to go.

So how much do you think it's worth.

it's a 1995 854 T5 GLE in red with 184k with full leather .

Modifications -

Lowered 40mm (Gmax)
RICA304 chip
BSR opti-flow cone filter
Tints all round, Rear limo - Front light smoke
Volvo s70 T5 16" alloy wheels with near new tyres
R Front bumper
Boost Gauge
DV26 Dump Value

I also have for it, a powerflex poly top mount and an R rear spoiler in turquoise.

The other option i have is strip it and but it back to standard and sell the parts seperate. But i'd rather not do that and sell it as a whole car.

good luck with the sale - if you can't get your insurance sorted out..

PS is the tints round the correct way in your advert? limo up front and light smoke at the rear?.. :)

Hey up cali, I bought this as my first T5 from Harlequin motor company in Bristol back in 2002 i was the second owner and she had 101k on the clock, I then part ex her 18 months and 20k+ later for an S80 T6(crap) and then she fell in to the arms of Moppy, I miss her too! Fantastic car!
Please put some pics up before she goes.

It's possible i my live like a tramp as i'm looking to reinsure it now in the girlfriends name. Still £1000 a year but i can't moan as the reserve for the injuries on my claim are £40k, plus repair costs.
