Most people go for the RC injectors most likely.....all depends on what power you are hoping to reach and what fuel pressure you intend to run to maintain duty cycle of the injectors.
First dibs on the greens if you sell though :)

Well, my guess would be you would need to go for something like 550CC injectors for say 350hp (the greens may be good enough for this)
Above that then 750cc are the best (certainly for the 400hp mark)
As for fuel pressure then nope, not Walbro mate, that is just the pump. The pressure regulator sorts out the pressure :)

Oh and Don at Kalmar or maybe Russ from RT will be able to sort the injectors for you :)

What power are you aiming for?

Not sure if I will be doing a run in the 70 or 40 but yeah I will make it there to meet and greet and grab a pint.......
Power = cash (and lots of it)
best bet is to set a power region and then work it from there.
PM me to chat about it by all means, other than that I will see you at AWESOME :)

Got a T4 and a C70 T5.
If you are standard on the R then the next stage all depends on power goals.

If you say wanted to push for 400hp, then you will need a suitable turbo.
Then injectors to match.
Downpipe
Exhaust
Exhaust manifold (ME7....Depends on the age of your car) ported out.
Larger injectors
Uprated rods
Custom remap
Larger intercooler (or front mount intercooler)

Ideals are then

Suspension
brake upgrade

would love that 400 bhp mint and i had v40 t4 very fast, loved it,thing is insurance errr a-holes ripp you off.need help in advice in tunin and where to go wont take my car any old hole.oh yeah is my turbo not big enough no,

Yeah the T4's are awesome fun :)

I am currently running them both (well I will be once the insurance is renewed on the T4 - £208 for the year FC can't be bad)
As long as you trust the garage you take it to then you will be fine with any of the above work (except the tuning) Don again for that would be my advice.

Other thing you may want to do is get the cylinder head sorted out and flowed etc (Don does them pre done at £850)
Don't expect any of this to be cheap though mate, it will all add up sooooo quickly :(

For 400hp there is a few turbos to go for though.
I have a GT2871RS which will spool pretty damn quick on an R block and achieve 380 (maybe a little more) other than that you are into the GT3076 range of turbo (good for 480 I believe)

Ahhh ok, well, stage at a time can be VERY costly owing to the remaps at each stage (that and I am not sure who does custom RICA and certainly not local to Manchester).

Don is Kalmar Union....very nice guy and supplies lots of tuning parts, then there is Russ of course (never dealt with him personally but here nothing but good about him).
The RICA will most likely have to go ultimately.

Turbo cars are nothing special though amte, the same rules (in general) apply to all cars, just that with a turbo car you get more bang for your bucks from remaps etc :)

Hiya mate, pm away. Don is in North London (sadly) but he does post out parts etc and does his best to get you the best deal possible.

Best bet is set a power goal and we can go from there, or talk to Don or Russ regarding it :)

Yeah mate it's easier all round lol

Don is only for the parts though mate not the work itself.
Find a good local indy to do the mech work for you :)

Marky i might be wrong but i have heard a few things about the awd system not liking alot of power running through it. I would say the best bet is to start another thread on this subject just to make sure as i say i might be wrong but if im not it could save you spending alot of money tuning the car then the awd packing in

You might be right there pete.
I'm sure it would be strong enough for 400 though (seeing as it is prob close to 340 with a big remap)
Question Mark needs to ask is, is it worth all the cost for the sake of about 60bhp.
The V70 is not a light car and will often 'struggle' witht he smaller turbo cars because of power/weight ratio sadly (something I am finding with the standard C70 too :( )

Very true with the power to weight and even with the extra 60bhp i doubt it would make a huge difference from lower down once these cars are over 60mph then they start to shine but when racing astra turbos etc they will always struggle on the 0-60mph

Even a T4 would struggle against an Astra Turbo (similar power but heavier) so I would have thought the V70 would be a fair target for the turbo sadly.
Then again, you don't know what had been done to the Astra.
