Spraying the t5

started my project t5 the other week thought i would spray the car satin black this is how the back looks so far needs few more coats.

done nearly all the car got 1 side left took me a while. have had a new bonnet wing and t5r front bumper and black custom headlights i did myself will get more pics up. not everyones cup of tea lol

years ago i had a fiat X19 and i painted that mat black. and stealthed it. did look good LOL

looked really good..not sure id wana spend that much on a car & not hav a shiney panel tho lol

yeah im after koni shocks n springs but really wat coilovers. deck it lol. its already 308bhp but want near 400 when im done.

shocks n springs good but coilies far better,one problem is any coilies ive found for volvos are 75mm max lowering,i want 110 or so,sump scraping ftw,what have you done to your tank engine wise?

I know of some that will lower your car 120mm max, 600 pounds though

got my tints done today fronts are light smoke dunno if illegal. and dark smoke on the back. just need a bit more to do the back window will get pics up tommorow. have also smoother my headlight washer jet off. its getting there.

My mate has an ex police Omega estate and I suggested painting it matt black, with black wheels but he said no. I've now bought a T5 estate that could ideally do with some paint work. I'm now trying really hard not to go down the factors tommorrow and load up with 2 gallons of black board paint.

That could rival Clarkson's lorry in the sheer "scary mo-fo" stakes!

R or T5R gearbox's have some form of lsd, but are known to be slightly weaker than the standard T5 box, and they are interchangeable. hope that helps. Nick.

smoothed of my headlight washer jets this morning and sprayed one door card. Loooking good i love it used a grey plastic primer and then special plastic interior paint.

Finally got my gearbox and clutch in and a bit more painting. just needs R spoiler fitting front bumper painting another coat on roof and boonet, and interior finishing. suspension on way :)

hks filters always have a bad reputation, sound awesome but practically let rocks in! had one on my evo and read a filtration test and shat myself! pipercross get good results but all the usuals do as well, shame as the hks sounded like it was sucking the world dry!
