rear wiper problems

dont know if anyone else has had this problem but the rear wiper on MY1999 V70 only cleans/touches the bottom third of window. Have changed the blade twice to no avail. Its a real problem this time of the year as cant clean wet road muck off window.
Any experiences or advice would, as usual, be most appreciated.

Same here - new blade fitted the other day & still a load of rubbish.

could it be a weak spring on the wiper arm thus not putting anough pressure on the window

get a rear wiper arm off a clio 98-01, much better than standard,straight swap, and no probs with hitting spoiler
