Weird Noise With Sound Clip

Hi all, i got a weird noise coming from my clutch/gearbox and was wondring what it was... the only thing i can say that also is worrying... is my biting point is REALLY high so i think it might be my clutch, any suggestions would be great, sorry for the poor quality on the sound clip it was done on my phone, the noise comes in loud 3/4 of the way into the sample

ok just been out in the freezing cold to start the car up, noise starts allmost straight away, i dip the clutch and it goes... im guessing clutch is knackered?

It could possibly be the release bearing. It still means you will have to drop the gearbox out though!

IMPORTANT : IF it is the clutch, change the Rear main oil seal at the same time!
