Hi all,
As above I would like to know the valve clearances for my car it's a 2001 1.9 diesel (115bhp) with the D4192T3 engine, VADIS states 0.20mm for the inlet and 0.40mm for the outlet both with a 0.05mm tolerance in either direction (tighter or looser).
After measuring my valves are at 0.10 inlet and 0.15 outlet.
I am getting a ticking when the engine is first started and i thoght of the valves but after measuring they are tight not loose!!!
It could be the injectors ticking and if so could someone point me to upgrade units if they are available.
