Does seem a tad over priced especialy in todays market. They wood effect steering wheel costs a few bob as does the wood effect centre consoul thats if it is gen Volvo.
Not sure it has been lowered even though the seller states it has, still has the nivomats but says has been lowered, I thought you would have to replace the nivomats to lower (could be wrong though)
It looks a clean enough car and may be a good buy but not at that price.

A tad over....about a £1k over in my book!, and bragging about 8 owners too!, if/when whoever buys it at the price needs a kick in the rs.

Rica Chip estimated 290 - 300 BHP ????????????

Is he having a giraffe ?

260 BHP MAYBE !

£2495 is way over value imho.

Just cause its got a Rica and some Eibach Shocks dont make it a P2 V70 ! Thats near on the sort of money they go for!

I bought my P reg 855 T5 CD for £850 with an R front end and 2 owners from new with only 120K on it.

Seems to be in a bit of a dream land this guy.

We'll see what it gets bid up to.

Cheers

be lucky if you cab find one(perfect mechanicly and bodywise)for about

You guys have forgotten to mention it's a dealer thats selling it therfore take a percentage off his inflated price and see what it comes to.
He has to live as well and to do that he needs a profit.

You wont upset me, been dealing to long and lifes to short.lol
What i infered was go and ask how much he will sell it for straight and that price depends on warranty etc.
Dont compare private price with a dealers.
Also not many dealers would sell a car this old it would go straight to auction.
I would also suspect that this is an x company car by just looking at it

so does this nivomats have to be removed in order to lower the car?

I think that the shorter Nivomats are on the V70r and 850r and have different part numbers to the standard Nivomats on the other 850 models.

But you still have to remove them, otherwise it's trying to level the car

with shorter springs(possible not adviseble):worried:

so i'll need new rear shocks then? or is the nivomats a separate component?

That's my old car and it is interesting to see read some of your comments. I can assure you it was immaculate when I bought and sold it, I did a few of the mods [inc RICA] and Andyb did the others. He was the previous owner:

http://www.vpcuk.org/forums/member.php?u=484

I bought it like this January 2004:

http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y198/Andyvrs/DSCF00057.jpg

And sold it like this Feb 2005:
http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y198/Andyvrs/LatestVolvopics10.jpg

And it managed a 14.7 1/3 mile @ 98 ish
