i have a 2001 v70 and was woundering if i cant get a v70 r next year then i might get a nice set of wheels.
what makes are available and what are the wheels on my car called as they are :pants:

Your wheels are called Metis.

You can pretty much get any rims that are 5x108(think euro is the same offset as us)
17x7 18x7 are ideal but most likely non-volvo oem rims will be 17"x8" and 18x8. Since the added size to the rim likes the added inch across.

hi martyn,

I also asked this question as my 2001 V70 came with those wheels. I've now got 3 of them stacked up in the shed and one in the boot as a full size spare as they aren't that 'desirable' :D

I discovered that older V70 R wheels fitted so got hold of some 17" 'comet' style wheels and got them refurbished. Might be another option for you?
