sorry for all the questions

trying to get my car through MOT before my 10 days retest is up

the metal hangar that is welded to my tailpipe has rusted away so the back box is now hanging free

is there a way of fixing this without welding ?

if there isn't then does anyone know if there is a part that I can order and then get it welded ? I obviously want to try and avoid buying a whole new backbox.

thanks

try and strap it on other than that if the exhausts is in goot condition take the exhauss and hanger to a metal fabricators and ask them to put a new hanger on

Used those on a couple of my cars now, it's an easy fix.

volvo do these repair brackets too, but are much more expensive than the non genuine versions, and my honest opinion is that the non genuine ones will do just as good a job.
