radiator replacement - big job?

Hi peeps!

Well, my radiator is goosed, leaking out of the LHS (as you look from the front). Just got back from the garage and they've said (since they've never done a T5 rad before) they couldn't really give me a price when they're not sure whats involved other than it would be possibly as much as £500!


I'm handy enough to tackle it and have a fairly decent toolkit. I just wanted to know how big a job is it to DIY?

Any info would be mucho appreciated!

I changed my rad on my last 850, wasn't to bad to do, if you're handy with spanners then go for it. best idea would be to grab a Haynes manual for guidance. Go for it!!!

Ah, cheers Niles! Gonna get a new rad through Rufe and have a bash this week hopefully.
