Chad, what am I looking at for a good lowish mileage engine for a T5R?, not after one just yet as I've no money, however, a guide price would be usefull for after christmas.

Not sure, think it may be smoking a little but I'm not certain. Besides I think at 160k it may be getting due for another engine at some point.

Lee, I'm interested, however I have no funds to buy it at the moment. Any chance of finding out what he wants for it?..

craig it can be a problem with the turbo also craig why not have your engine rebuilt if your thinking of putting a new one in i know it will cost a little more but the engine will be like new when done

Not yet I'm afraid, working 12hour days at the moment so I'm not getting much chance to do anything(hence the time..)

I will have an engine for sale after Christmas TC. Its the one in my car now and works perfectly. It has covered 107,000 and with with the 16t on and a decat it pulled nearly 270hp at the flywheel. I'm fitting an engine with forged rods and pistons thats why this one will be up for sale.
