Replace turbo on S40 1.9td

What is involved and, more importantly, how much?

you'll need to drop the oil, remove the oil pipes to the turbo unit, take off the exhaust (where it bolts onto the turbo), remove the vacuum pipe to the bov, possibly remove the under engine mounting member for access (can't quie remember) and remove the IC pipe then unbolt from the manifold.
Shouldn't take more than a couple of hours imo(unless all yer nuts are rusted and siezed).
