will depend on the offset of the wheel. if the offset is high it will rub on the inner arch. if the offset is low it'll rub on the wing.

I ran 12mm spacers on my R and had to get new bolts, and the tyre was right on the edge of the inner arch,
go 5mm if you want, measure the wheel bolt first, and see how much threaded portion is left,

what tyre size did you have tho?
how many mm is safe to have left on the bolt to thread when i mesure?

ive got 5mm spacers, i should find out tomorrow if thats enough,
mine has rubbed the inner plastic liner in the past but its only on full lock and its only plastic, no big deal,
i was told before when i used spacers that the studs should be ok with 6 full turns of thread,

when the wheels fall off you know that you didnt have enough turns..... i used 5mm spacers with standard bolts for around a year!

if you are only rubbing on full lock, think about packing out the bumpstops instead of spacers ;)

stainesy, what applies to cameron may not apply to you. he has tethy wheels which are a different offset to your titans.

oh yeah i no that mate. they should be fine without spacers. theres loadsa clearance on the outer edge and its only gona be 5mm on the inside so shouldnt think it will cause any poblems

dooby is running 235's on his 850R....

the problem is all tyres are different! the sidewalls on the yokohamas i bought recently are about 10mm bigger than the tyres i had before! & have caused me no end of problems!
