a few niggley problems

now my cars running right (fingers still crossed) i want to sort out a few niggley probs,

1, the tracs light goes on and off when ever it likes???
2, the lambda light comes on for a week then goes off on its own???
3, interior roof lights dont come on when the doors open but the door lights do???
4, after the steerings been on full lock the abs pumps and makes a wiered noise under the bonnet???

any ideas???

Does the ABS light come on at the same time as the tracs light? This could be the ABS ECU in need of resoldering.

The lambda light coming on and then going off relates to the ECU seeing a fault. Once it sees the fault, the light is lit. However, if the fault doesn't occur again over a certain number of cycles, then the light will go off by itself. Have read the fault codes?

Interior light, have you played around with the light switch? Has the bulb blown?

good point with the abs/tracs

no the abs light does,nt come on with the tracs off one,
all the roof lights work on the switch but not on the "doors open" bit (knackered switch maybe???)
i,m going to get it on a lap-top to get the codes read asap.

especially the ABS pumping issue, im a bit worried about this one.
