im watching chop shop at the mo and they are making a car with all blue boost hoses and pipes. they had pipes that were not blue so they used a detailing tape that can be rapped round all other pipes and hoses to make them blue.

iv been looking all over the net for it but cant find it and dont no what the stuff is actuly called.

anybody got any ideas what its called and where i can get some?

i no what you mean about chop shop but on this one they got a pro in to detail the engine and what i was on about was he used some kind of tape that rapped the wires and also some pipes and it looked bloody good.
i am planning on siliconing everything i can but for the bits that i cant buy silicone for the tape would finnish it off nicely.

thats what i was thinking anyways.

Are you sure it was tape and not some sort of heat shrink or cable tidy?.

I haven’t seen the program so cant comment but using heat shrink and blue cable ties would look nice if that’s the route your going down no tape would last if you were going to clean it all the time, I mean how much of your original stickers are in good condition I bet most are now brown.

Convoluted tubing maybe? you can get it in all diameters and colours. Comes either split down length or solid.
