because the best way is to take the whole arm off then punch the old bush out and use a vice to sqeeze the poly bush in

oh right. simple as that? so engine is fine to just take the mount off. dont need suporting or anything?
so i just undo the nut and bolt, slid it out, unbolt the arm from car, take old bush out then squeeze new bush in with vice?

Thats is all the arm does is act as a steady arm and tourque arm i think there two bolts and the intercooler clamp to undew before you can remove it

did mine recentish got a feelin iirc theres 4 bolts for arm on to engine,and yes would be a lot easier to do with arm off
