Sorry yeh its a V70 T5. Think that list of codes says its the coolant temperature warning fault could be right as it doesnt work too well!!

You need to be careful taking notice of the codes listed on the VOC thread that Jonno linked to - they are generic fault codes and are not specific to Volvos.
If you read the rest of that thread it explains in more detail!

yeh I know there generic but it sounds right cos the needle is a bit erratic on the temp gauge! Anyways its going into the garage tomorrow for some new cv boots I will get him to have a peek at it.
