Scottish Mini Run

how does everybody feel about doing a volvo convoy :thewave: lol.

i was thinking about going from Denny to Strathyre (just past callander)

(Option 1)
Meet up at the granada services at the end of the slip road for stirling then go from there through Denny,then up past Fankerton following the B818 towards Fintry then from Fintry towards Kippen following the B822 to Callander following the A84 to Strathyre then stop for a drink and chat at the local pub obviously not alcohol :biggrin:

(Option 2)
Start the same as above but head to a rest stop before Lennoxtown to have a wee chat then from there following the same route to strathyre

I think it would be a good run to be honest it takes in some nice scenery and good roads it just depends on what route u folks want to take hopefully if enough ppl want to do it then we could do it before the pitlochry meet so if anybodies up for it let me know

Weather permitting, it would be a good run, we'll need to see haw many are up for it tho!

I'd be in if it's during a quiet weekend!

We need to get you back in a volvo (ie, something you can get into without a stepladder!) There's a nice S70 T5 on the bay just now (auto) for about £1400! even in yer fave poofy pink by looks.

Might have to call it off till next week, eom time!

Av got ma lovely Carlton mate but its gettin a bit low 4 ma old knees now lol

It'll never keep up with yer T5's but am no fussed, both ma cars cost less to insure than 1 T5 and they never cost anything in repairs, result lol

i just thought this would have been diferent cos the pitlochry thing is just a meet this is a proper run getting to actually use our cars but no matter it was an idea
