how big is the standard steering wheel?

how many mm is the standard c70 t5 gt steering wheel?
its just that mine doesnt feel right and i want to make sure i get the right one :)

right as nobody has replied ill explain how you measure it :)
you get a tape measure and go out to your car and hold it accross and take a reading of roughly the width from top to bottom or accross :)
please tell me the size :)

I assume you're talking about the actual hand grip circumference and not the overall diameter of the entire wheel?

Ok, I've just measured the proper T5 GT leather one fitted to my car as standard and it's the 110mm chunky version.

The other standard steering wheel is only 98mm in circumference.

Oh - overall diameter of the steering wheel is 37.5cm or 14 & 3/4 inches.

FWIW, My later C70 (1999) steering wheel is WELL fatter than my old 98 models...........and I LIKE it ;)

girth is important as my new T5 doesnt seem to feel right with the wheel thats on it.
the car has half leather half alcantara and im unsure as to whether it should have an alcantara wheel on

i think maybe mines a bit bigger than your but i believe youll have more girth as this one seems a bit thin in my hands :D

Right Fatz, the girth of mine is 4 inchs (I wish ;) ) and the width is 15 inchs

No worries. These wheels are WELL better than the old ones. It feels so much nice in the hand :) AND it doesnt fade like my old Beige ones ;)

i really used to love the feel of it
i used to go down the road gripping it with a big smile on my face :D
im soooo looking out for a thick one again :D
