cambelt change

been talkin to a bloke as im after a 850 t5 its done 158000 miles and i asked about when the cambelt was changed.. he says it was done about 90000 miles when does the cambelt need changing is it every 40000 miles??

off the top of my head it's every 80,000 miles or N years where N is a number I can't remember :-/

I'd say at 158k it's about due for its second change.

cheers mate goin to see this tomorro what does anyone think of this .. went to see one lastnight and it was a big nono as they were jump startin it when i got there and it wasnt described right in the advert

well i bought the volvo off ebay and its a lovely motor... 2 little dents but thats nothin.. alot better than my vectra 2.5 sri to drive its smoother and pulls like a train :D:D
