mystery knock

Have a V70R,can anyone solve the mystery of my annoying knock.It sounds as if it is coming from under the passenger seat,have stripped out the seat got my mate to drive the car and still the rotten noise. checked all under the car all seems ok.Had all the door cards out,nothing rattling inside them either.PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!

has the exhaust broke a mounting and banging of the underside

Have checked all exhaust brackets and they all seem fine.
