Air con question on 850 T5 1996 'P'

Hello all.Just a quick question.My refrigerant keeps slowly making a break for freedom,(i am now bouncing off the low pressure switch again)and i might have just found where from.Inside the engine bay on the radiator on the left there is a big coolant hose (on top of the rad),directly under that there is a aircon hose from the compressor that runs to the condenser,on my car that fitting moves very easily and is damp with oil (not from the engine).What i need to know is Q1.is that supposed to be loose. Q2 if not,what fittings are they,and are volvo gonna charge me a million pounds for a new hose + fittings.if so nuts to it...
