Look at this one. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/OBX-SS-Exhaust-System-98-Up-Volvo-S70-V70-C70-T5R-T5-R_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trkparmsZ72Q3a1031Q7c39Q3a1Q7 c66Q3a1Q7c65Q3a12Q7c240Q3a1318QQ_trksidZp3286Q2ec0 Q2em14QQhashZitem150287785665QQitemZ150287785665 I have one and the quality is excellent. Mine will be getting fitted on Saturday. You will need a 16t turbo though to fit it, well a 16t turbine housing at least.

Will it not fit a 15g Alan if it's the later one with a flat flange ?

Yes sorry I should have stated that. I noticed on it today aswell that at the very end of the tailpipe there is a small section with some sound deadening material to aid with noise reduction a little. I don't think it will help with the decat on though.

It worked out to around £300 delivered for the standard package of exhaust and downpipe. I had to add $210 US to the $349 they retail at to get the system. Their communication was very poor though and I even had to use the threat of an ebay intervention to get a decent reply which was written in english and not the broken c*** that I had sent to me the first several times. You will get sung by import duty and VAT plus the handling fee off parcel force which works out at around £72. It gets all opened up by customs too and arrives in a shabby state. I wasn't best pleased with the condition it arrived but there was no real damage so I didn't worry to much. Read this on a few problems and an install guide http://volvospeed.com/vs_forum/index.php?showtopic=100986&hl=obx+exhaust+fitment

Sorry, you will probably have a 15g on a 95 model T5 unless its a manual T5r.

But (just too add) I think I'm right in saying that on a 95 the 15g will most likely have the conical downpipe flange rather than the flat one (best to check to be sure as the downpipe won't fit otherwise)

Theres a few specialists around the Glasgow area who would custom make q stainless steel system for around the 300 mark plus u choose the db levels and the tail pipe your only limitation is your imagination as they say
