View Full Version : juddering steering after strut & poly bush change

hi guys, i've just had fitted 2 new sachs o.e struts and top mounts, and also powerflex wishbone bushes, the car feels smooth, but there is as expected more vibration through the steering, but the steering judders on turning at low speed, it just dosen't feel right, the tracking has been checked, and the wheels are balanced, any idea's?

I think I read somewhere that when you fit the powerflew wishbone bushes you will feel more vibration through the steering, I've never heard of the juddering though.

I had similar problem after changing drop-links, although it was more noticeable when braking. I took all wheels off and gave the hubs and wheel centres a really good going over with a wire brush and then copper greased them all up. Wheels back on and jobs a good 'un!!
Usually going back over what you have removed will result in you finding your problem.
