Personally I wouldn't bother especially if you're a bit strapped at the moment, it won't give much improvement over the standard re-circ and often can cause other problems. If you're doing it for the noise then fine (although it won't sound that loud unless you disconnect the re-circ and/or blank it off) but don't expect a drastic hike in performance.

i fitted a bailey dump valve and forge blanking plate a few months ago. i fitted mine as my recirc was bust and i didnt want another recirc mainly as i think the dump sound it cool.
i have the realy loud one with the trumpet on it.
if it is sound you are after get this one shown in the pic of my engine. its foooking great and people hear you coming for miles LOL

I think I may have one fitted to my sphincter in the near future. It should help with the aftermath of the local Indian restaurant. I'll have it set to blow off at 20psi thus enabling me to hit the mark from quite a way off.
I REALLY wouldn't recommend a re-circ valve in this application though!
