I too used a heat gun last year but since doing that in the heat this year the colour has gone a little dull again. Its time for the dye me thinks.

Here you go, this shot clearly shows the difference the heatgun makes, it shows a partial job - guess which is the before & after section!

Ive been using the Morrisons own brand liquid wax shoe polish with the sponge top since i got my T5, the bumpers were horrid, Matt light grey. You can see from the gallery piccies at the bottom of the main screen how they come up, lovely deep black, transforms the old gal! Plus it only cost summit like 40p and it does the whole car about 10 times, each time lasts about 4 - 6 weeks depending on how much you wash it. i wash mine religiously every week. So Speaks for itself, and as my good friend Tiny stated before its tonnes better than that back to black sh*t, and it costs a lot less.

These were done in 2006 with Kiwi liquid polish and a paintbrush, the bumpers have faided a little but still look better than they did then...

The liquid polish also brings up your door handles and mirror surrounds well....

Wurth plastic dye is what the motor trade uses. Black or grey. I use black and see how good it is.

Go to a local garage/bodyshop who use Wurth products and I'm sure they'll get it for you. Its about £15-00 a big tube, enough to do the whole car 2 or 3 times. Also www.wurth.co.uk
