please could you tell me what the standard boost pressure is for a V70 t5 1998 as i have had a lpg conversion which is playing up on full acceleration, i have a mbc fitted running about 0,9bar so want to turn it down to standard boost to make sure its not the extra boost which is causing the problem.

The B5234FT engine was never intended to run on LPG. Even the bi-fuel S40s/V40s didn't use it. I believe that the reason is the engines run too hot.

My personal opinion is that the car should be converted back to petrol. I can almost guarentee that the MBC is the source of the problem. I respect this is not the answer you want to hear.

IMHO, You are trying to make that engine do stuff it was never designed to.

the installer said he had done a couple of T5R before with full success. excuse my lack of knowledge but how does the mbc affect the fuel supply ? ie the lpg ? i have been told that the lpg conversions can handle upto 260bhp.
