Spitting exhaust

I've noticed recently that my t5 is spitting black stuff up the garage door on startup, I assume it's oil.

I haven't noticed any smoke and she runs fine generally, just turned 190k. as far as I know its the original turbo which does have a bit of play in the shaft... what do you reckon? turbo seals or worse?

I'd agree with loads, but keep an eye on oil level just incase.
