I've just spent £500 and replaced:
- My CAT and lambda sensor
The car has never been so quiet in all the 5 years I've had it - what a joy to drive! The damn CAT was knacked inside (still passed emissions a month ago!), the exhaust was blowing at the flexi and the lambda was hanging off (never had a fault with it though)
- Plus I had front brake hoses, discs and pads replaced also a bit knacked.
- Sorted a slow puncture that had been bugging me.
- Oil and filter change which I got thrown in free.
So in the past year that totals a spend of £1500.00 keeping the car going! Mad but better the devil you know I think.
Fingers crossed all will be well going forwards.
