Seeing as the site has jumped back in time, and the thread we had up has gone, i would like to take this opportunity to repost this.
As some of you may know, we at FRF Motors (Volvo) have been providing discounted parts to members of certain Volvo forums for the past few years. During 2007 we increased our online sales incredibly, and have supplied a huge number of discounted parts to members of various internet fourms, with parts being mailed out to destinations all over the UK on a daily basis. I personally have no gain in this venture, it started simply because i realised i could help out fellow internet users, though now it is a major part of my daily role at the dealership as it has proved very successfull from both our point of view, and our customers point of views. It certainly keeps me busy, and hopefully keeps our members here happy.
If you request a quote you will see that to keep things as simple as possible, we will allways include VAT and delivery prices in all the quotes we give, and more importantly we allways give you the volvo retail price in the quote too, so you can see exactly how much you are saving by purchasing from us as oppose to walking into another dealer and ordering there. Sometimes, due to the little discount we can give in certain parts, or due to a particulalry heavy item which incurs a high price for postage, or sometimes a combination of both, the quote we give can be a little higher than full retail. In these circumstances we have allways pointed this fact out and leave it up to you on what you do. Its allways been our policy that we would rather lose a sale by being honest than hide the facts and be dishonest. I hope those that have dealt with us here in the past can testify to this.

To be honest I would avoid using the parts request from on our main website, it is not allways 100% reliable, so instead we would ask you to either PM our FRF Motors account on this site, or send an enquiry to the email address that follows:

If you are requesting a quote, please try to include the following, as it makes our life a lot easier:
Registration number: (DO NOT EVER post your reg on the main forum, but please include it if emailing or PM'ing us for a quote)

Vehicle Engine Size:
Part Requested: (be as descriptive as possible)
Any Related Info: (colour of interior / is the part painted or black / which side you require / etc etc...)
It's been a pleasure doing business with everyone we have dealt with so far, and so far we have not had one unhappy customer, and not one single complaint, and seeing as we mail out a lot of items, this has proved a great success for all involved.
