Oh my Lordy Lord....I'm having to put an extra 5 psi in my front tyres to compsensate for Woottys extra kg's of quality stainless shiny bits under my bonnet.
It's a good job I'm booked in at VT to be RICA'd....as I'm sure its a damn sight slower with all that extra weight. :snail:
The engine compartment has never looked so good though, what's next Phil? I need another fix....how about the spark plug cover!!! oooooohhh imagine!!
I'm off to polish me shiny bits !!

It's addictive isn't it?
I need to go down to my engine bay and clean polish the manifold and engine head before getting a few piccys up on here ;)

Very nice mate. :bud:
I thought they might look a bit too "bling" when all put together, but it works quite the opposite in fact. It almost looks like it's standard stuff. Nice.

Talking of Old Wooty's Handmade Specials - I noticed that these are up on Ebay for not a bad BIN price - and even better if they go for less:

Yes, if I get surrounded by pikey chavs and gangstas I just flip the lid and they scatter back to their stinking pits - either that, or jump under there with their screwdrivers to prise off the shiny trinkets...I blast them off with a blip on the Forge BOV.

Did you ever do this Dave? I have to say it would look blingness if I had one. I know the cover is integral to the cam carriers - so presume it is more than slightly tricky to swap over? At least on the basis that bearings may need to be popped out and so on?
FUEL RAIL COVER £35 + postage

HEADER TANK COVER £20 + postage

BATTERY COVER £20 + postage

BRAKE RESERVOIR COVER £20 + postage

INTERCOOLER PIPE COUPLER £12 + postage

OR THE WHOLE LOT £120 + postage at cost.
For once I am not taking offers - if it doesn't sell it goes on the Bay or back in the cupboard. Wooty knew his stuff.
Cheers,
Phil.

would like the brake reservoir cover please.
Wooty took the only spare cam cover I had - but I never saw it again. I am unwilling to strip it off the car & wait for it to be returned. So in short No - I never.
