Right, I know the 535d is a beast, but what can the 525d & 530d be tuned to?

Anybody got any figures?

No figures but I have a 525d Sport and the mid range grunt is very impressive. Great motorway cruiser also.

They can both gain about 30-40 bhp peak power, and possibly more depending on how emissions-friendly you want it. Big torque increases too.
