anyone know of solution to wheel rubbing, just got new alloys 17" with 225/45 tyres which rub on full lock, thought maybe the answer would be wheel spacers but don't know if this would help, anyone got any ideas? grateful for any help, car is the phase 1 v70 estate.

New tyres - 215/45 or 40's, personal preference.

I think you can get something thats fitted to the c70 to reduce the lock, or as Andy says, slightly slimmer tyres. :)

Hi if you fit the later C70 (03) onwards blue steering stops you will stop them touching your inner guards ideally you should have 225/40/17.
