ecu upgrade for v70 xc ?? any other mods ??

i am interested in getting more ponies from my 98 auto v70 xc. i have a boost controller sitting from my evo also . can i up the boost ? and if so how much ?? are ecu chips, upgrade,remaps available up here in scotland ???
