What does BSW & VSB mean from the mytyres website?

EAGLE F1 GS-D3 235/40 R18 91Y BSW, VSB

I'm sure I'll end up going :doh:

Is it some kind of standard kite mark for tyre manufacture?

VSB refers to the sidewall construction but what i dont know
vertical sidewall belts??? lol

or seeing as goodyear invented vulcanised rubber
maybe vulcanised sidewall belts :)

Sent an Email the other day to Mytyres and got this reply today:

The BSW marking stands for BLACK SIDE WALL description and VSB is for VERTICAL SERRATED BAND

so there you go. Top marks to Thunderace.

WTF is a Vertical serrated band? Guess its a strengthened side wall...
