Arbee can help co-ordinate one or setone up but there's nothing wrong with you setting one up too.

Normally they are near Harlow but we've also had one on the A127 at some pub once that straker organised. Nice big car park, nice pub etc easy enough run down.

it would be either the dick turpin(basildon) or the halfway house A127 southend bound.(nearer the m25 the halfway).

the talbot in North Weald is a great location, as its decent access for loads of areas within a decent range. had up to 20 cars at each of the three so far. I had considered one for early December. I'd like to keep the talbot going as its nice and established and attracts good numbers, but that doesnt stop you organising your own if you wish.

I was thinking 10th December?

Some posts from the earlier one (please dont bump them up :) 0

I'm up for 10th / a Saturday meet - Talbot is fine for me.

But don't be restricted to the Essex only meets - lots of them out there and all worth a drive :)

(Yes it was the halfway house)....

^^^ what he said - fancy taking a drive up to Kings Lynn in Nov? it really aint as far as you may think :)

Edit - Wayne, are you coming to The 'Lynn meet :) gotta be closer for you than The Talbot

Thinking about it a bit more, I may attempt to find a sprog friendly alternative to the Talbot for those of you with nippers :)

ok I'll stick up another thread for the Talbot in Dec, in the meanwhile, if anyone fancies, how about a mini-evening meet one weekday within the next few weeks? was thinkinking brentwood/M25 J28 direction as its nice and easy for essex/london peeps to get to. Anyone up for it?

wootty
Thursday 19th October 2006, 19:58
yes well up for that.i dont get a great deal of time as me missus works and im left babysitting so a midweek meets fine.the halfway house is only 3 mins from the M25 brentwood turnoff.
