Try dropping Russell from RT Mechanic's a pm he is curently doing a large bhp conversion and no dought would have some good tips and pointers, he is a very helpfull guy

Your going to need more than just simple things like that.

Course I can sell you pistons, rods, ect if you really need them. But you should be able to source em quickly and cheaply on your side of the pond.
