as far as i know 200 850 T5R's were produced,but how many estates were made in dark olive green.any one got any clues.this has prob been done b4 but cant find the thread.cheers chaps.

Volvo UK say - 100 in green 50 estates and 50 saloons.

However this seems a little too easy to me and from my experience there are more estates than saloons. I also have a newspaper clipping that states different but no access to it from here.

The other thing is Volvo UK say there are 100 black T-5Rs but I've only come accross maybe 4 compared to 35 or so Olive Greens.

As Andrew said, lots of Olive greens around, a few Guls (Yellows) but nor many Blacks,

Mines an olive green estate with a manual gearbox.

I read somewhere that only 23 manuals were available with the other 177 being automatics.Anyone agree/disagree?

Certainly from my research the majority where autos.
Matt has a manual estate too - he's the only other person on the site I'm familiar with who has.

You have to remeber the majority of the people who could afford a 30k+ car where volvo traditional older drivers and many tend to go for autos.

with this limited numbers id thought volvo would come up with a deffo figure.ive seen black 855R's but not T5.anyway i know ive got a pretty rare motor so im proud of that,he he.:biggrin:
