Did they make them for Volvos?
Are there any that will replace an 18" wheel in the time of need?

I really need more space in the wheel well.

They did make em for volvos - not sure about the 18" size thought. They tend to be used when people have a 7 seat conversion.

I suppose with a fat tyre it will be near enough the same size.

Watch out, someone has stolen your nick and has bid on it.

Don't worry though, as soon as I saw them bid I decided to stop them winning it and outbid them - no way a non-vpcuk member is going to get that wheel.

:) :)

I have a spacesaver spare in me S60, they are limited to 50mph though and do not need to be the same size as the other wheels, if you have 18" wheels you could use a 17" spacesaver or a 16"

I have 18" alloys so if I used a normal spare it wouldnt match so I would get the tyre sorted fairly quickly anyway so the spacesaver makes no difference there. I just need more space in the wheel well to fit the PC in.

Could you do me a favour and measure the thickness (inside wall to outside wall [as if fitted]) and the diameter of the inside bowl?
Thanks

I Don't understand what you want me to measure, sorry Baj - Do you mean the thickness of the tyre?

the diameter he means,

think you will find it is a 17" alloy wheel space saver. not a 18".

Sorry, I understand that is a little unfathomable.

See attached diagram :)
