Front Pads

I am having the front pads om P2 V70 T5 replaced Monday before i go and buy the new ones as mine is an ex-ambulance with drilled and grooved discs will the standard pads fit or would they be upgraded

Should be standard unless they have been upgraded to 'R' disks or 332mm ?

I've got grooved/drilled discs, they are the EBC ones and have red stuff pads.
They are ok but as the pads are so hard I get vibration from them as the discs skim them. They also get very hot, and I have had some fade on them.
I'm changing to the MR Ferredo pads with some fresh dot5, told they will be much better.
