starting probs

right, just got a new rad for my 850 t5 and since doing this sometimes it wont start(ie takes about 6 secs of cranking to catch) it seems to start fine from cold tho, any ideas what could be causing this? could i have disturbed something doing the radiator?

did you move the intake manifold or the dipstick pipe out of the way when you did it... the starter motor wires are around there if you have so, you'll need to double check what you've reconnected...but from 300miles away that's only a guess..

nah didnt move the inlet or anything, i heard somewhere about a relay near the fan relay?anything near there that can have a effect?
