decided to give the pipe a revamp so managed to remove the very stubborn black powdercoating,mopped it up and got rid of the pitting then off to my local platers.what ya think.:smileypul
it looks a bit odd at the moment,but trust me it wont by the time ive fully sorted out the engine bay.

a tenner coz i know the bloke in there and the boss was away today:hail:
it took two days of hard graft to get it like it is.i must be mad.

the powder coating is a pig to remove,tried sandblasting it and wouldnt budge.had to use a scotchbrite mob first then polish out the marks(as in other pics by my toolbox).could have used nitromores but might have done more damage than good etc.
