Another blue laser, being misold?

Over the last few days I have been starting to build up a picture of the phases of these cars. It would seem to me that if I am correct that the phase 3 was the only model with 265bhp and also the only model with twin exhausts.
If I am correct then the "trading standards registered" garage selling this one has made a mistake.
