whats the oil change interval on these
noticed mine getting a bit notchy

There is no service interval. Possibly a good investment to change the oil every 100k miles though.
A notchy gearchange could be due to the clutch being worn.

nar its a new clutch
think she is well due a change at 159k

Or like my gearbox which is also notchy and tricky to get into first smoothly, it could just be knackered ! I changed the oil on mine when I did the clutch and it was actually a bit worse afterwards ! ( It's a bit crap my car at the moment !)

Conveniently you need 2.1litres to fill the gear box and you have to buy oil in 1 litre units... so I have a bit of spare....

I think you could get away with just 2 litres......That must still be between the max and min mark?
