Manifold

Hi folks, I am scratching my head now my engine has been rebuilt. I am trying to find someone that can build me a manifold for my 850 T5. I am now running 575 cc injectors, uprated fuel pump, boost controler, Holset super HX40w turbo, ported and flowed head, larger valves. SPM cams, Forged pistons and rods, all bearings changed. Aquamist, all together 463 BHP but need a new manifold made. Does anyone know who could do this?

SW-autos.co.uk could possibly make you up a manifold ? Do you need to relocate the turbo or are you just after a better one ?

I've got a talented chap near me that does custom exhausts and manifolds for the likes of Nissan 300's and M3's etc. This type of work isn't cheap and like the others have said, a lot depends on your location so you can work closely with the person to ensure things are as you want.

I see spesh is apparently running his turbo outside of the car :biggrin:

There is also a company that does alot of stuff for Fords called Primary Designs, who may be able to help, especially with the new Focus ST using "our T5" engine.
